The flat includes one onsite car parking space, surf storage shed and access to the exclusive Byron facilities (indoor swimming pool and sauna, fitness suite, guest services 9-5 and heated outdoor surf shower).

All together this flat offers the perfect base for memorable holidays all year round, with friends and family.

Please note this is a non-smoking, pet friendly apartment.

  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Just returned from spending a break in this gem of an apartment. We were particularly impressed with the quality and amount of crockery, glasses, utensils and board games. The apartment is convenient for the beach, shops, restaurants and should you venture further you always have a FREE parking spot to return to. Excellent in every way. Nice pool and sauna too

Beautiful apartment, superbly located by the beach, definitely recommended. No 8 Middlecombe was ideal for us (family of 4 with two small children), everything was well-thought through, with lots of nice personal touches making it a very easy stay, from the availability of amenities, ease of access to the pool, to being able to sit on the child-safe balcony.

Beautiful and clean and welcoming apartment ideally situated for Woolacombe beach. Owners have added high quality touches within the apartment making it a home away from home. thankful for the addition of books and board games which kept the kids entertained on rainy days would definitely recommend staying here if you want a comfortable and luxurious stay while exploring the Devonshire coast.

The apartment is very well kept and completely spotless. All mod-cons were available including a washer dryer which was perfect to clean towels after a day at the beach, which is also just a few minutes walk away. Perfect location for all local eateries and amenities. Comfortable, relaxing base and room for all the family with 2 sizeable bedrooms and a large open plan kitchen/diner/living area. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
