  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair are not available for this property. Guest to bring their own if required.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Great flat, quiet, comfortable and with everything we needed. Really well furnished kitchen, with brand new appliances and lots of cookware. Loved the pool (even though we would have loved it just a little warmer). Perfect position, just moments from the beach and the high street. All-in an amazing holiday property

A very happy stay. Access instructions easy to follow and exactly as quoted in the emails. Location great. Apartment spotless. Apartment of a high standard. Parking excellent. Staff on reception friendly. Nice indoor pool even if a little cold, changing room. Pool table and bar football available, I believe a gym etc. although didn't check this out as not for me. Easy access to a bar and restaurant.

The apartment has a very spacious open plan lounge/diner/kitchen area fully equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms are small but the beds are luxurious and very comfortable with good mattresses and quality bedding. The bathrooms are also very luxurious. The position on the 1st floor around the back means you hear no traffic noise at all from Beach road but still has plenty of light. Their was a nice surprise of basic things like milk, tea, coffee left for me along with supplies for the dishwasher etc. All in all a very comfortable lovely apartment and ideally located for the beach, with free secure parking and clean communal areas. I'd highly recommend this apartment.

Myself, wife, daughter & Son came for a short break 19/10/20 -23/10/20. Wonderful modern, clean with high specification apartment 10/10. Swimming Pool area clean and modern to, even the underground parking area lovely and clean. The reception staff are all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The restaurant below (Brundells) is wonderful with great food and great wines although the wine could be a slightly over priced. Overall a lovely fantastic short break.

We were very impressed with the apartment when we arrived. Not only is there free underground parking but the apartment was in top condition, but it surpassed all expectation. The apartment had all of the facilities required and was a very short walk to the beach and the local bars. We will definitely consider going back soon!!!
