  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

: We've stopped at the Byron on a number of occasions over the last few years and will continue to do so. 4 Putsborough, the apartment we stopped in most recently suited our needs perfectly and is familiar to us as we've stayed there on previous visits. It's very convenient for all the amenities available in Woolacombe as indeed are all the apartments. The staff are friendly, efficient and accommodating and the in-house facilities (gym/sauna/swimming pool) are a welcome bonus during any inclement weather. All in all, a great place to stay!

This was our second time staying in 4 Putsborough this year and both times we have loved the apartment. It is spotless and equipped with everything you need including a super comfy sofa!! Great location a couple of mins walk to beech. Really nice accommodation was great for family with 2 children 10&13. Apartment spacious and well equipped. We have been to Woolacombe a couple of times because we love it but this had got to be the best place we have stayed at. We stayed in the X4 Putsborough apartment at Byron and absolutely loved it, we had the most amazing time! The apartment was very clean, spacious, and homely. As this was a ground floor apartment it even had an outside area with seating and a table so we spent lots of time out there too. There was also a swimming pool and gym that we like to use in the mornings. We liked this apartment so much we have decided to stay there again this year. And it’s soooo close to the beach, only a 4 minutes away on foot!!

Really comfortable, warm and quiet apartment with outdoor terrace that catches the early evening sun. Beds and sofa all superb - couldn't fault it and would definitely go back to this particular spot again, especially as it's tucked away with easy rear access - invaluable with surfboards and a dog! We enjoyed the pool and the sauna. Lots of helpful information from Byron online which was greatly appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean and well resourced. It had lovely modern furnishings and enough space for our family of four. The location was amazing. We’ve never stayed somewhere so close to the action before. It was great to only need to get in the car to drive somewhere else for the day once. Every other day of our week long stay was spent in Woolacombe, walking to the beach, shops and other attractions.

Just back from a fantastic holiday in Woolacombe. I can not recommend these apartments highly enough, fabulous location and SPOTLESSLY clean.
