  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This apartment has had a feline in - please be aware for allergies.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Very clean and tidy when we entered the apartment. Comfortable areas with plenty of space, very light and airy. Bathrooms were great. Kitchen easy to move around with reasonable equipment.

Really nice apartment in a stylish clean modern development. Great to have use of the swimming pool and gym. We managed to book the slots we wanted but I am imagine it may get busy during holidays. Great location right next to the shops and beach. Apartment was clean, cosy and functional. It had everything we needed. Fantastic for a family holiday with our children.

What can I say, what a lovely apartment, there were no negative points, It had everything you would need. It was clean, it was modern, perfect location. Every detail was smooth, we booked very last minute, I cannot recommend enough, if anyone is thinking of booking, book you will not be disappointed. We will most definitely be booking again in the next few months, ooh added bonus most apartments allow dogs!

Fantastic location, literally a few minutes from the beach. Overall apartment was spotless with all the amenities you need. Really useful having two bathrooms. Superb shower with plenty of hot water to wash the salt and sand away. Also swimming pool also very very clean. Overall great value stay.

Apartment was spotlessly clean, with enough amenities to make it like home from home. Perfectly located with all bars and restaurants a minute or two away and the beach the same. The team were on hand at any time via email and responded very quickly with any queries. Will definitely be booking again and have recommended to friends and family. Putsborough apartments are located at the back of the Byron complex, offering a peaceful location slightly further back from the village and local eateries.

In peak school holiday periods guests are only guaranteed one slot during their stay and can then be placed on a waiting list for further slots to ensure fairness for all.
