No.10 Putsborough offers a beautiful modern, top floor, two double bedroom apartment with extremely comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, and open plan living space. There's even an outdoor balcony to enjoy a glass of something tasty after a day discovering the many things to do in this stunning part of the country. And there is so much to do in the area; from exploring the countless coastal walks and wildlife, horse riding nearby, learning to surf - the two-mile long bay is just a few minutes’ walk from your door, or maybe just building sandcastles and enjoying the local food choices (it’s hard to recommend just one fish and chip shop in the area - there are so many great ones to choose from!).

To help make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible we’ve equipped our private storage shed with a few essentials for a day at the beach: a windbreak, bucket and spade, and even a couple of coat hangers for any wet suits that need drying - there’s a hot outside shower to clean your wet suits and any other outdoor gear you might have, too.

Once back at Byron, you can enjoy the superb facilities, from a welcome sauna to an invigorating swim or time in the gym, and to make your stay even more comfortable, No.10 also offers complementary Amazon Prime viewing via the Smart TV for the duration of your stay & Netflix. A welcome DeLonghi Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine for a luxurious cup of coffee, as well as a selection of board games and cards to while away the evenings. We’ve included our favourites!

We think your holiday should begin as soon as you arrive, starting with a covered, on-site, allocated parking space, and a well-organised check-in system aided by a security key box, so there’s no need to queue to start relaxing!

No.10 is a fantastic place to stay, providing all you need for your holiday in Woolacombe.

  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

We stayed at this place for 4 nights and had the best time. The apartment was so well equipped we didn’t need to think about anything. Super clean space and perfect location. Lots of modern gadgets. The rooms were beautifully decorated. Easy check in and check out. Added bonus of having a swimming pool and sauna just incase it’s bad weather outside. Ideal parking also. Thank you Emma for a fabulous stay. We’ll definitely come back here when we return to Woolacombe!

Our favourite apartment so far. Kitchen was great with good utensils and crockery and the layout was the best kitchen for all we had stayed at so far. We enjoyed Putsborough 12 but found it got too hot, Putsborough 10 was perfect temperature wise throughout our stay due to it’s location. Facilities were great as usual and still a good standard. Online facilities booking would be good as it was after Covid. Hot outdoor shower for dogs was ace!

Lovely apartment, very modern and spotlessly clean. Nice balcony. Extremely well stocked. Beware of the extractor fan as it takes no prisoners if you’re tall! Our grandson availed himself of the gym and swimming pool. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful.

A nice modern apartment perfectly located a stones throw from the beach and Wollacombe town centre. We really enjoyed the convenience of being so close to everything. Having the pool and other facilities on site added to the variety of different things to do. The kitchen was well equipped. It was a bonus having Netflix and a decent TV. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

What a charming apartment, it had everything we needed...once we had 'found' the cultery drawer. Games a plenty and a brilliant space for me and my teenage son, who frankly needs space, as do I. The ensuite bedroom is smaller than the other one, but this is fine and comfortable. The twin room was a palace for my boy with his own bathroom too. I loved the island in the middle of the room, everything in its place and easily accessible. The sofa was a perfect size, the balcony a little small but perfect to sit out for breakfast. We didnt go to Brundels, but ate in the apartment, the Beachcomber was our favourite place we found that we ate at once. Kayaking, surfing, clay pigeon shooting, slip n slide in Croyde and Quadbiking was a spoiling holiday for the teen...i need one now! Thanks Woolacombe, your beach is amazing in the early morning and late evenings when it is quiet and picturesque. The walk along the beach to Putsborough is something everyone must do. We will be back, but i definitely won't be surfing again!

This is a great place for a family holiday . It was easy to find in Woolacombe because it is so close to the beach . The check in system is well organised as we had an allocated numbered parking space and a security key box so there are no queues involved- we were quickly parked and in our apartment. We were very pleased with how clean everything was and with the extra thoughtful welcoming touches such as fresh milk ready in the fridge. The apartment is very well equipped throughout and there is the added bonus of the beach hut storage space in the courtyard which had a few beach items already there to use, including a bucket and spade ! The beds were comfy and there is plenty of space to store your luggage . It is worth saying too that although these are flats , there was absolutely no noise issues from other people staying - they seem to be well insulated. The outside balcony is quite small but it's large enough to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine on, with a view in the distance of the hills and it looks immediately out onto the courtyard. The beach is just a short walk away and when you return later from a day at the beach, there is a hot outside shower where you can clean your wetsuits etc. The swimming pool was clean and well looked after. The whole apartment complex is very well managed , modern and clean . Would definitely recommend 10, Putsborough apartment as a brilliant place to stay all round.

Wow! What a fabulous week in an amazing apartment!! Real luxury and dog friendly too. My family had a great time in super Woolacombe and everything is so close as the apartments have a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach. The complimentary tea, coffee and milk in the apartment are a lovely thought as we forgot to bring ours. All the appliances are top-notch too and I would thoroughly recommend any apartment at Byron to everyone The staff too are so friendly and happy to help with anything. Cannot fault anything at all.

We spent a great 2 weeks at Byron, who were very efficient on arrival and throughout. We pre-booked our sole pool and gym session due to new C19 measures. This was brilliant! Our bright, airy, modern apartment was clean and well equipped. The additional ‘shed’ was a godsend for our beach stuff, so as not to tread more sand into the apartment. We had dinner and cocktails at Brundles numerous times. We shall certainly return to Byron!

Just returned home from a weekend away at Byron. A group of 12 stayed in 3 separate apartments in the Putsborough block. All apartments were great and offered amazing social spaces. We all enjoyed using the pool and sauna followed by a breakfast in Brundles. Cannot thank Byron enough for creating a great weekend away and will be booking in a summer getaway for sure!

The best location, only a couple of minutes from the beach and all the local pubs. Awesome facilities within Byron and delicious breakfast at Brundle’s on my birthday morning!
