  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Really nice apartment, compact but clean & well equipped. Had been updated since original photos. We enjoyed playing the board games left in the sideboard & sitting out on the balcony. Only managed to use the pool once due to quite restricted opening times.

I have been visiting Woolacombe for over 26 years and this holiday let has been one of the best. It has been finished to a high spec and is even better in person than in the pictures. I would definitely recommend.

The arrival instructions were very clear and informative. The property was very nice with excellent views from the balconies. The heating, hot water and air circulation systems were super efficient. The overall cleanliness of the property was excellent. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

This really is a fabulous apartment that has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It was spotlessly clean as was the whole Byron development. Although it's not on the front it still has a lovely partial view of the sea and Challacombe Hill and the balcony felt very private and quiet. Everything from the bedding to the crockery was of very high quality and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Our dog is too old to travel now but we really appreciated the beautiful pictures of the doggies and beach. We felt this apartment was one of the best we've stayed in in Woolacombe and we've been coming for over 50 years! We made full use of the pool and gym and had it to ourselves which was a bonus.

Fabulous apartment, the furnishings & utensils were to a very high standard. The lady on reception was very helpful when needed ie booking pool slot etc. We had a lovely time especially our little dog Otto. Will be returning soon.

: Lovely apartment, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Has everything you would want or need for your stay, especially for our four legged friend. The patio with egg chair was fabulous to relax and unwind after a long walk. A lot of thought has gone into making everything easy at Byron. The lower ground car park is great and the lift useful for luggage. The outside shower was a great touch to clean up the dog from the beach. Makes it much easier to keep the apartment clean. We didn’t use the leisure facilities at Byron but they looked nice. Will definitely stay there again and in No 7 Middlecombe. Thank you for a fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at 7 Middlecombe from start to finish. When we arrived the accommodation was spotless, really well cleaned throughout and we loved the quirky British coastal themes of the rooms. The facilities are fantastic, the pool was lovely and the location was ideal; walkable distance to the village shops and the beach. Loved our stay and would certainly recommend and return in the future.

Smart apartment, well provided, with spacious balcony with comfy swing seat. We liked the open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room and the electric showers. We found the beds comfortable. The kitchen equipment was well thought out and tasteful. The apartment was very convenient for walks, the village and surfing. The information up front was clear and included most things. From our limited interactions the staff were very friendly. Overall we were really pleased with the apartment.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The flat was smart, spacious, clean and really well provisioned. The tea and milk were a nice touch. We liked the electric touch shower. The staff were friendly and unobtrusive. The car park was easily accessible and gave great access. Car charging was easy to arrange. Hopefully there will be more business for you too now Woolacombe is the Times 2021 beach of the year.

We had a fabulous time. All staff was very helpful and friendly. The place is situated perfectly and once you've arrived there is no need to use the car anymore! Beach, bars, restaurants & fantastic walks, what more could you need?
