  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • There is no outside space with this apartment
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Devon and had a great time. The place was lovely and clean and really comfy. The decor had a modern vibe, but it still felt homey and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped and with everything you could need including a dishwasher. The living room was spacious, with windows letting in lots of natural light. It was great to chill out there after a day of exploring. The bedroom was cozy and the bed was really comfy—I slept like a baby! The bathroom was fresh and modern, with all the essentials provided. One of the best things about this apartment was the location. It was close to shops, cafes, and restaurants, so grabbing food or exploring the area was easy. Plus, it was a great base for checking out Devon's gorgeous beaches and countryside. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Devon. It's a great spot, whether you're here for work or just to relax. Can't wait to come back!

A nicely presented first floor apartment in a great location, Very good amenities in the apartment and wider complex, everything a family would need including access to the pool/sauna/gym. The location being the most important factor is superb along with allocated parking. We will be back again for sure.

To be honest we could not fault Byron apartments in any way. 5 Rockham was nicely furnished , very well equipped. This is the second time we have stayed in Byron apartment and they are as good as any we have stayed anywhere in the world. In addition Woolacombe itself is a really nice coastal town to stay at.

Everything was excellent! The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen had dishwasher, washer/dryer, lovely bathroom with nice shower, everything very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and friendly too. We stayed at 5 Rockham for a long weekend early September. The apartment is in a fantastic location, 5 minute walk from the beautiful Woolacombe beach and close to lots of places to eat and drink. The apartment was fantastic, spacious and finished to a very high spec it had everything you could want from a self catering apartment. Very clean and every thing thought of, including tea, coffee and milk supplied on arrival. Very quiet while we were there as just out of season. The staff at Byron were very helpful and the pool and facilities were great. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back for another visit.

First time staying at Byron as I think it’s quite a new complex of apartments in a plum spot walkable to the beach, restaurants etc. It was nice to stay somewhere close to the beach where there has clearly been some thought into the practicalities of trudging back from the beach covered in sand with with boards etc in tow. The outdoor storage and showers were very welcome. Our apartment was well equipped with a cooker, stove and fridge freezer and even a pint of fresh of milk in the fridge. The sofa was comfortable and there was plenty of space to put away and hang clothes in the bedroom. Staff were very friendly here and helpful both before and during our stay.

Rockham apartments are located at the side of the Byron complex, and are well located for access from Sandy Lane down to the beach.
