Good To Know
- Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
- Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
- The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
- A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
- WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
- Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
- Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
- Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
- Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
- This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

The Putsborough block of apartments are located in the middle of the Byron development. These apartments offer easy access via the entrance in the car park with lift access to the apartment doors. No stairs in the apartments themselves.

Guests are required to pre-book a time slot for the swimming pool, gym and electric charging pods with details provided before guest arrival.
In peak school holiday periods guests are only guaranteed one slot during their stay and can then be placed on a waiting list for further slots to ensure fairness for all.
