  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Lovely short stay in June. Gorgeous apartment, beautifully decorated. Great parking. So close to the beach. Our apartment had doors into the courtyard which was great for the two dogs. Love the fact they give you a surf shed. The indoor pool and sauna was a real treat, you have to book time slots but I had it all to myself one morning/ lovely views while swimming. Woolacombe is perfectly situated to either stay local or travel to other beautiful beaches towns and walks.

We had a relaxing stay in this stunningly beautiful apartment. It was spotlessly clean & the attention to detail in providing everything we needed for our stay was exceptional. This is a ground floor apartment that is an added bonus for dog owners. The leisure facilities are excellent & the reception staff are very welcoming & helpful. The apartment is ideally placed close to the beach, restaurants & shops. We highly recommend a stay in this superb apartment & look forward to a return stay here in the future.

From start to finish we just felt so comfortably at home here. From the spotlessly clean apartment to the incredibly well-equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed and more inside 1 Putsborough. The apartment was so close to the beach and local amenities, offering so much flexibility to the stay. The pool was a real hit too! Everything was so well thought out, maintained and cared for. We cannot recommend a stay here more highly and definitely hope to be back!

Here with my family to enjoy a pre Christmas break. Great attention to detail. Can't recommend highly enough. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Comfy beds. Luxuriously furnished with everything you need and more. Ideal for the dog and proximity to the beach. Wish we'd stayed longer and will absolutely be back

We stayed three nights having a relaxing stay in this clean, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Lovely spot just outside for breakfast and coffee. Glorious golden sandy beach, good walks, superb for surfing and even a surf board store. Lovely brand new swimming pool and sauna. Plenty of places to eat really good local food, cannot recommend this too highly.

So thrilled with our 3-day break in January. Wished we had arranged to stay longer.! The sun shone, the new spacious ground floor apartment was comfortable., and the price was reasonable for the quality of the accommodation. A well-equipped kitchen, gleaming bathrooms, and comfy bedrooms. Easy access through patio doors to outdoor space, and a shortcut to the beach. Plenty of storage space, spacious sitting rooms suitable for couples, families and dog lovers. Our dog’s first visit to the sea, made easy with the outside shower, removing all his sand. The cafes and pubs open in the village are all dog-friendly. The beach walks are memorable, for all the right reasons. Byron staff are welcoming, and friendly and deal with all queries. The swimming pool and sauna were quiet and relaxing. The site is immaculately kept. Experience for the memory box!

We stayed for 2 nights in this brand new apartment. It’s been furnished very tastefully and comfortably with all modern conveniences. Ideal for a getaway with friends. Would be lovely for a family too. Love the location on the ground floor and with a dog as it was perfectly placed to pop them outside when needed. The beach (right on the doorstep) was virtually deserted and so letting the dogs have a good run was a pleasure. It was off season so the local eateries are not open yet but we found breakfast at Meraki Cafe to be wonderful and there is another cafe which is usually open in the off season. The Jube was good for a posh burger and other pub classics. Dog friendly too. The small Londis had a good range of products for a weekend stay. Highly recommend a stay at No.1 Putsbourough at Byron. The host has added lots of nice little touches to make it homely. Great value for money too. The sauna and pool in the complex are fabulous, but you do need to book in advance to get a slot. The games room is a great addition. All in all a smashing place to stay.
