Good To Know
- Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
- Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
- The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
- A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags,coffee sticks and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
- WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
- Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £35 per pet, per stay.
- Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
- Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
- Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
- This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

In peak school holiday periods guests are only guaranteed one slot during their stay and can then be placed on a waiting list for further slots to ensure fairness for all.
