  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

A lovely, well finished, furnished, modern and clean apartment. Welcome pack on arrival with tea/coffee/milk, and a doggy treat bag very welcome after a 6 hour journey. Smooth booking, check-in and check-out process. Byron is great location with excellent facilities.

We loved our stay at 11 Putsborough. Everything was in great working order and nicely presented and clean. The apartments are conveniently located for everything Woolacombe has to offer, and the undercover parking was very convenient. We loved having the swimming pool and gym, which we made full use of, and also the pool table. We had an amazing time!

Beautiful apartment - clean, bright and tastefully decorated. Instructions for getting keys etc were brilliant and what a treat to find some milk and coffee there. The location and set-up of the apartments is fantastic. I loved the indoor pool and simple booking facilities, and the reception staff were always super helpful.

Lovely spacious well equipped flat. Had all the essentials and more… needed for a week away! This was much appreciated. Instructions to flat were excellent and car park was a huge plus for us. Also we used the leisure facilities a couple of times,and they were lovely and spotless. The flat is so near the beach and shops couldn’t fault it! The only small niggle was because we had good weather ( which was great!) the flat was hot all day and all night. You are obviously aware of this as fans were provided and needed! All in all there is absolutely nothing I could add to make apartment better it was super! We all had a fabulous holiday. Thank you..
