  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, gym and sauna are included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

The location of the apartment close to the sea is perfect. Arrival and check-in instructions were clear. We planned to arrive a little earlier than the. This was the first time in woolacombe and we absolutely loved it. The apartment had everything you needed very clean and the location couldn’t be better. The beach is about 5 minutes the row of restaurants and bars is even closer. Though you never heard any noise from them. Fabulous for families, I would recommend booking eating as places get busy. The parking was underground and easy access from the apartment via a lift. The housekeeping department kept us informed and were available if needed (we didn’t but was nice to know)Steven and his team made our holiday great and will return asap.

The apartment was excellent, modern and had the benefit of a large decking area to allow outside eating or relaxing on the sun beds. It was just 2 minutes walk to the beautiful, expansive sandy beach and the water was so clear. There are a number of places to eat and drink in the small town, so it would be easy to find somewhere to meet your taste and pocket. There are also a number of walks around Woolacombe, some easy and others a little challenging. I would definitely book a holiday here.

Amazing flat perfect for our family of 4. Clean, modern, comfortable and very convenient for the leisure facilities with the large terrace as an added bonus on a sunny day . We will definitely return again.

Smooth arrival and collection of keys. Very nicely appointed apartment which was clean, warm and comfortable. Nice to find the basic washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels etc. provided. The tea,coffee and milk supplied were appreciated too. Proximity of beach, shops and restaurants was perfect.

A very bright and welcoming apartment. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean and modern. The kitchen was reasonably well kitted out and the little laundry cupboard was very cleverly appointed. We chose the apartment for the large terrace which had a range of comfortable furniture- the large day bed was very popular.

This was our first Airbnb booking and we were so impressed with the apartment. It had everything we could possibly have needed, even a pint of milk which we had forgotten to pick up! The terrace is a great space with lovely outside furniture perfect for a bit of afternoon sunbathing. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in Woolacombe Bay.
