  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Excellent apartment close to beach and amenities. We highly recommend it. Location very close to the beach, pubs and shops. Woolacombe is small and winding down in November while we were there. The apartment is excellent and has everything you might need. It's modern, clean and equipped. The complex has a good indoor pool you need to book.

A great find, we cannot wait to come back! The location was amazing, on the beach in under 5 minutes; The apartment was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable; The bar and restaurant downstairs was great although we didn't eat there; The pool was fabulous on a rainy day; Could not beat the location to walk out to shops and bars and restaurants; The parking was perfect and check in really really easy!

The location was fantastic and it was lovely and peaceful. The check in was seamless and the underground parking was a bonus during the hot weather. The apartment was modern,spacious,fully equipped, light and airy. The balcony was lovely to sit out on, although in the shade past mid day.

Putsborough apartments are located at the back of the Byron complex, offering a peaceful location slightly further back from the village and local eateries.

In peak school holiday periods guests are only guaranteed one slot during their stay and can then be placed on a waiting list for further slots to ensure fairness for all.
