  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags,coffee sticks, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £35 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

We arrived at this beautiful apartment very clean and modern. Had everything we needed and more. Waking up in the morning to amazing views of the sea and hills very pretty. The reception ladies were very helpful and kind as we changed our swimming pool times because we went out for days and accommodated as much as they could to fit us in. Lots of food places to eat and nice decent meals nearby. Overall this apartment is great for families we had a lovely stay thankyou

Woolacombe 6 is perfect me and my Cockerpoo! Fabulous scenic views from lounge and bedroom balconies, comfortable and clean, central location, with easy parking directly to the rear of the apartment. Having travelled the world quite extensively I really appreciate chilling out in Woolacombe now and have no desire to go anywhere else from now on.

We really liked the apartment, building and location, it was all very convenient and comfortable. The tea and coffee was a nice touch and the only 'household' thing we had to buy in, was washing powder. We came out of season and really enjoyed our stay. The flat was perfect and very comfortable for us, but we were only 2, and I can imagine the living area being small for 6. We slept so well in the double bed upstairs, and the bathrooms are high end. The 2 balcony's, the view & the proximity to the beach are fantastic. Check in, parking, loading etc are so well planned here. It was simple and convenient and having no indoor communal area is perfect for these times. Spoke to the office a few times sue to prospective lockdown and they were friendly and helpful. And the beach is just incredible! Needless to say we really enjoyed our stay.

We have just returned from a week at the above apartment. We had an excellent weeks stay at this apartment. Very clean with pristine bedding and towels. An excellent view over Woolacombe Bay. Reception staff available and very informative. We booked to use the pool each day. Everything is well organised and very clean to cope with COVID-19. Will definitely return. Really lovely new flat in a superb location with fantastic views. Brundles restaurant below does great food and is perfect for families. Other reviews mentioned noise issues but didn’t experience anything at all. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back next year.

Had a wonderful stay at No.6. The contactless check-in worked really well. The apartment was lovely with everything you could ever need. Lovely furnishings and comfy beds. The views from the balconies are awesome and did have trouble getting off the balcony to go surfing as it was so nice to enjoy the sunshine and watch the world go by. Lovely to wake up looking at the beach/waves. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and the handy surf locker was a real plus. The outdoor shower is so handy and warm when you come back from the beach. The team at Byron were friendly and helpful. Had a couple of meals at Brundles which had a relaxing atmosphere and amazing food. Already booked No.6 again for next year. The bookings team are professional and really helpful (thank you Olivia).

OMG... this place is amazing. Incredible views, incredible hospitality, incredible services, we had an INCREDIBLE time! It was cosy, spotless and with the same quality linens and towels as a 5* hotel. We had the most WONDERFUL family break and really struggled to leave. Woolacombe West apartments are located right at the front of the Byron complex, overlooking the village and Brundle’s Bar and Restaurant. You couldn’t wish to be any closer to the action!

Woolacombe 1, 2 and 3 Penthouse apartments entrance is located before the car park entrance into the Byron development. No stairs in the apartments themselves but there are steps required outside of the apartment to the front doors. These apartments are well located for access from Sandy Lane down to the beach.

Woolacombe West 4 – 11 apartments are accessible via external front doors found in the car park level. Do not leave the car park to find the front doors to these apartments. They are actually down the steps to the right of the allocated parking bays. These provide quick access from unloading and unpacking the car to the front door!

In peak school holiday periods guests are only guaranteed one slot during their stay and can then be placed on a waiting list for further slots to ensure fairness for all.
