The apartment has a very social open plan living, dining space with a fully equipped high spec kitchen. There are two tastefully decorated bedrooms, a family bathroom and also an en-suite. The bi-fold doors open onto a lovely spacious patio the perfect place to relax and unwind with your four legged friend

  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, gym and sauna are included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Travel cot and highchair are not available for this property. Guest to bring their own if required.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Lovely apartment with everything needed provided. Outside patio area in full sun all day. Lower ground floor apartment suited us with our small dog with easy access to road situated at the rear. Dog friendly beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with 1 en-suite and 2nd bathroom. Fully fitter kitchen area, open plan dinner/lounge. Smart TV for relaxing. Patio is a large comfortable seating area in a quieter area of the complex. There is a spotless pool and gym area which is easy to book. The apartment was spotless on arrival, and the team are available if needed. The staff were very helpful. We also had small welcome pack of milk, tea, sugar. Dish washer and washing machine tablets and washing up liquid. Perfect home from home, short walk to fabulous beach and excellent bars and restaurants. Local Londis for shopping, with super stores short drive away, or you can arrange delivery. The whole area is dog friendly, and so is the beach, except from one small section.

Fantastic apartment and facilities. Clean and comfortable with lovely furnishings. Keys were easy to access and communication with Bryon and from Byron was spot on. Best place we have stayed in Woolacombe so far. Would definitely recommend and return.

We have stayed at Byron a number of times but this was our first visit to this apartment and it did not disappoint. You get all the high quality interior you expect and a lovely large private comfortable south facing terrace. I am sure it will become popular but I hope there will be enough availability for us to visit again!
