This beautiful beach side apartment is a perfect couples retreat. With unique bespoke decor, this homely space offers everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen. There is a high spec finish throughout and benefits from a private patio. Enjoy all the comforts of home with the added luxuries of a hotel stay.Lounge has a king sized sofa bed to offer space for 4 to stay in comfort. The apartment is fully wheelchair accessible, and can be reached on one level from the car park. There is a slightly raised lip from the bi-fold doors onto the patio area.

Good To Know


  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, gym and sauna are included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

A perfect retreat for a stay in our favourite area of the country.Modern,clean and spacious,beautifully presented and welcoming.Located in the heart of Woolacombe with the added bonus of your own car park space. We wish to return next year. So thrilled to have found this gem of a place to stay.

Lovely apartment,very well equipped,excellent location near to the beach. Pool and sauna were wonderful. Beach walking in many weathers ( but mostly dry ) was fabulous.

Easy and detailed check in procedure. Apartment a good size for 2 people and was clean. Heated up quickly when we got in. Good quality appliances . Outside warm shower was great after surfing Had a massage and Ali was fantastic.

We had a fantastic weeks stay in the apartment. The amount of information we received pre and post booking was amazing. The apartment was very clean and much bigger than we thought. The fixtures and fittings are all to a very high standard and we can see why they are classed as luxury apartments. Amenities on site were excellent as was the location. We very much look forward to staying again.

Had a nice stay at no 17 and it was clean and compact and not a bad size for 2 people (and a good price). Easy reach of the beach and easy to access from car park on same level. The patio does look into the underground car park and a walkway passes through it however the beach is only minutes away so wasn't an issue for us. We have stayed a few times at Byron and usually book an apartment with a sea view but none were available this time. We would certainly return to this apartment again if the sea view apartments were fully booked. The Byron apartments that we have stayed in have all been good and we look forward to coming again later in the year.

The best presented apartment ever! Spotless and beautifully furnished. Every little detail had been well thought out and planned. Fluffy towels, kitchen amenities including dishwasher and soap. Free parking and a one minute walk to the beach. Perfect in every way

Woolacombe East apartments are located at the heart of the Byron complex, and are in the same building as the leisure suite, games room and leisure suite help desk, so no need to go back outside to access any of these facilities.

In peak school holiday periods guests are only guaranteed one slot during their stay and can then be placed on a waiting list for further slots to ensure fairness for all.
