  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, gym and sauna are included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas
  • Travel cot and highchair are not available for this property. Guest to bring their own if required

We absolutely loved our week stay, great location being so close to all the shops and restaurants. The apartment was lovely, so light and clean. When the weather permitted we sat out on the balcony and watched the world go by. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Parking so close works really well. Staff very helpful. Even though the weather wasn’t on our side, it was all great. We loved Woolacombe and we will be back.

Loved everything about this apartment. Location, decor, facilities - I really don't see that there's anything not to like. Lovely views of the sea, right in the centre but no noise to worry about. Easy to find the parking space and to collect the keys. Swimming pool was clean - maybe a tad chilly when you first get in but fine.

Dream stay in March 2022 at the perfect Byron Eleven in a wonderful location in Woolacombe overlooking the bay. Could not fault anything. Beach so close, restaurants on your doorstep, quiet but vibrant. Sharp decor and impeccably presented. Lovely private swimming pool for the Byron building used twice with no one else present. Owner left a welcome pack of the basics and much appreciated beer after a long journey . We will be back as soon as we can!

Apartment was pristine, very spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Home away from home. Brilliant see view from both balconies. Beds were the most comfortable you could wish for. Complimentary milk, prosecco and beer was a pleasant surprise. Great parking , very close to beach 5 mins and all shops and restaurants. Simply brilliant.

We stayed for a week in June. We are a family of 5, the apartment had plenty of room for all of us. Was nice having the 2 balconies. The view of the beach is excellent along with the comings and goings of beautiful Woolacombe, we spent many mornings sat watching the world go by. It is furnished to a high standard and the beds are extremely comfy. No complaints at all. All kitchen supplies were there which made a pleasant surprise, even dishwasher tablets were supplied. Allocated parking space is right outside the apartment along with an outside shed to store all your wet beach stuff. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough and the owner Sam was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back.

Recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Byron 11 and I have to say 5 stars just doesn’t do it justice! Fantastic apartment in an amazing location. Spacious, modern, beautifully decorated and right in the vibrant centre of picturesque Woolacombe bay, we really couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The allocated parking space was right next to the front door of the apartment which made unloading quick and easy and we were soon sat on one of the two massive balconies enjoying a beer looking out over the beach, watching the world go by. Couldn’t fault it and can’t recommend highly enough. We will certainly try and stay there again if we can.

Woolacombe 1, 2 and 3 Penthouse apartments entrance is located before the car park entrance into the Byron development. No stairs in the apartments themselves but there are steps required outside of the apartment to the front doors. These apartments are well located for access from Sandy Lane down to the beach.

Woolacombe West 4 – 11 apartments are accessible via external front doors found in the car park level. Do not leave the car park to find the front doors to these apartments. They are actually down the steps to the right of the allocated parking bays. These provide quick access from unloading and unpacking the car to the front door!
