  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

This apartment was ideal for our holiday. It was clean, modern, provided all we needed for a fabulous holiday. We had a lovely stay at 2 Putsborough for one week. The apartment was excellent with its modern styling and plenty of space. And most important of all - dog friendly for our little furry friend. Location is very good, with the main street opposite and just 3/4 minutes away from the beach, which is 3 miles long. We also used the main in house restaurant, which is also handy if the weather is poor, though luckily the weather was very good when we stayed. We spent some of the time in Woolacombe and the rest visiting the delights of Devon and Cornwall, so it can be a good location whether you want to chill out or explore further afield. Don't forget to walk to Mortehoe, a little village up the hill. Certainly worth it, with excellent views and a country pub. Would be very happy to Byron again if we return!

I could not recommend these apartments enough, they were very clean and fully equipped. The location is perfect minutes awat and reception overlooking the beach, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would love to return again in the future.

In peak school holiday periods guests are only guaranteed one slot during their stay and can then be placed on a waiting list for further slots to ensure fairness for all.
