  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £35 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

We had a fabulous holiday at Byron on our return to Woolacombe. We haven’t stayed at these apartments before but will certainly return after such a brilliant stay. The apartment was so well equipped and the location is amazing- as far to walk as the car park for the beach! The facilities at Byron are also brilliant and we made good use of the pool, though the weather was really good this was a great form of entertainment for our two children. The washing machine was a huge help and meant we could get lots of washing done each day after the beach, and also really appreciated the coffee, tea, milk and dishwasher tablets etc which were left for us. A spotlessly clean and stylish, well furnished, spacious 2 bed apartment. It has its own lift entrance which was very useful during our stay. Extremely well equipped kitchen, fluffy towels and super comfy beds. Thoughtful supplies when we arrived - tea bags, fresh coffee, milk, hand soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet, tea towels, and plenty of toilet paper and kitchen roll. Great location …. a short walk to everywhere!

Apartment was lovely and very clean,i was surprised how lovely it was considering I’ve stayed in other dog friendly accommodation and this is definitely the best,the apartment had everything you need especially in the kitchen,washing up liquid dishwasher tablets It was also nice to have tea coffee sugar milk on arrival at the apartment. I would say the car park is not for the light hearted as very steep but you can use the main entrance to the apartments and this is an easier way to get to your apartment when walking. I would recommend this apartment for a nice stay in Devon.

A fantastic place to stay. Greeted by the concierge team who were very warm and welcoming and couldn’t have done more for us throughout our stay. They even went out of their way to book a slot for us & (2yrs old boy) to enjoy the pool. They provided a cot & high chair as requested. A very big spacious apartment and the kid's room has blinds and curtains so good to keep the sun out. Provided tea/coffee & Milk. Within walking distance of a wonderful beach and good restaurants. Definitely like to return at some point.

Excellent accommodation, we were definitely impressed the second we walked through the door. The photo's do not do this justice, I actually felt like the rooms were bigger than the photos showed. It was very comfortable to sit back and relax in the evenings. The attention to detail was excellent too! Little things like the dog bowls under the sink, extra soft blankets in the cupboard etc. really allowed this accommodation to stand out. We've stayed in a lot of places in the area, but this is definitely the best we have stayed in. We hope to be back next year!

After discovering there was no mattress in the travel cot, we phoned the front desk who got in touch with the relevant people. Within hours, someone had visited Argos, bought a mattress and delivered it to our door. Unbelievable customer service. I was completely speechless. Absolutely fantastic. The pool was lovely, the apartment was beautiful and the staff at the front desk were always welcoming. As our first getaway as a family of 3 with our 5 month old son, we couldn’t have asked for more (well, maybe better weather!). Would definitely recommend.

Byron’s new apartments are gorgeous and modern. The sauna and spa was very inviting due to Storm Dennis and next time I would love to try out the gym as well. The balconies will be a great perk during the summer seasons and I am excited to go back. I would recommend Brundles just next door for food and drinks.

Byron was outstandingly good! Greeted by the concierge team who were very warm and welcoming and couldn’t have done more for me throughout my stay. The apartment was massive (far bigger than I expected), and very well equipped in the kitchen. The heaters all worked to make it very warm and cosy in the winter. The bed was lovely and comfortable, slept very well. The apartment was very clean and new. The bonus was the games room, gym and swimming pool. All stunningly maintained and lovely to use. We visited Woolacombe for our anniversary with our two little ones aged (3 & 11 months). The property was truly beautiful with tremendous amenities, location was perfect within minutes of the vast large beach. The pool area was fantastic and clean and we loved the design and size of the apartment. On site parking was a breeze and the concierge service was a nice touch with a friendly face to be greeted to each day. We visited in November and got really lucky with the weather. Living in Bristol now after growing up in Cornwall we love visiting beach locations in the low season. We almost didn’t want to leave a review to keep this place for ourself. We will definitely be back....

We absolutely loved the space in this apartment. It was roomy and the heating worked great for us (couple with 7 week old and toddler) as it was cold outside. It was clean and an amazing place to base ourselves from. My husband and son enjoyed the heated pool. It had all amenities that we needed.

Woolacombe East apartments are located at the heart of the Byron complex, and are in the same building as the leisure suite, games room and leisure suite help desk, so no need to go back outside to access any of these facilities.

In peak school holiday periods guests are only guaranteed one slot during their stay and can then be placed on a waiting list for further slots to ensure fairness for all.
