  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, coffee sticks and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £35 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

: We really enjoyed our stay. The standard of the apartment was excellent- beautiful decor and very well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful in sorting out any issues and offering advice on local restaurants etc The parking was very convenient and offered easy access to the accommodation when loading and unloading the car. We have stayed at Byron many times and have a few favourite apartments, but this was our first visit to this one. Wow, it was fabulous. All the apartments at Byron are lovely but this one was beautifully decorated, really spacious and great views from both balconies. We loved it. We felt right at home in the apartment and with a big family (6 people) and a dog it is just what was needed. Great location meant we did not drive all week as we had brilliant weather and lived on the beach and in the swimming pool all week. Locally we walked a lot of the trails to take in the beautiful countryside surrounding Woolacombe. The kids had such a brilliant week we will definitely plan to return!! Well located apartment, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Use of a pool and gym throughout our stay. Clean and tidy and everything in working order. The apartment is in an amazing location with fabulous views of the beach. The apartment itself is fabulous- well decorated and very well equipped. Can’t fault this apartment. Gorgeous open plan living space, furnished extremely well with it also being comfortable. Bedroom sizes are absolutely incredible. Not what we expected at all and were blown away by the amount of room we had. There were a few useful beach things in the laundry room, wind break, buckets, spades etc which were a lovely addition for us to use

What a great place to stay for a holiday : very impressive, very spacious, high quality accommodation. Sea views from the two balconies. Allocated parking space in the underground car park. Outside shower and shed for body boards etc. Good gym and indoor pool. Minutes walk from very good pubs/restaurants and town centre shops and amenities. Award winning beach on your doorstep. Park the car on Saturday and get back in it a week later! Why would you stay anywhere else?

We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment, which was like home from home. It was very stylish, beautifully decorated and excellently equipped. It was clean and comfortable with some lovely touches such as fresh milk and coffee on arrival. The apartment was incredibly spacious and the views were tremendous. Woolacombe East apartments are located at the heart of the Byron complex, and are in the same building as the leisure suite, games room and leisure suite help desk, so no need to go back outside to access any of these facilities.
