  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, gym and sauna are included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

This apartment is excellent. It is very modern and incredibly clean. It also felt much bigger than the photos suggested. The same applies to the balcony and sea view which were also much more impressive than we anticipated based on the photos. It had everything that we could possibly need for our stay including a high chair and travel cot for our toddler. The leisure facilities were really good, and we used the swimming pool every day. You have to book a time slot online which was very easy and ensured that the pool wasnt too crowded. Location is excellent, directly opposite all the shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach.

A fantastic property with a great view and a lovely interior. Kitchen well stocked to cook in, everything spotless. The instructions were to bring everything with us on terms of kitchen and bathroom consumables, and while there were some things in the kitchen, the property expects you robe fully self sufficient. Loved our stay, would stay again.

A really good week away and it's so nice to have things like milk, bin bags, washing up sponges and so on included and ready for when you get there. The apartment itself is great and like new - spotless. everything in the apartment and the facilities works really well. The pool is great, the gym very handy if you like that kind of thing. The location is pretty much perfect, with plenty of covered parking. You can walk to the pool within the building if it rains and there are several lifts for when you're lugging heavy bags to your apt. - handy. Shame the restaurant (Brundles) was closed during our stay at Feb half term but there are quite a few places doing food in town. I'd recommend the Jube, the Beach Cafe (in particular) and the Hotel for a meal. Great walks and the beach is lovely - as is Barricane Beach around the corner from Woolacome. Good place for walks along the coast too. Overall really good and we would happily go again tomorrow!

A lovely apartment with all mod-cons in a quiet location. Stayed at the same time as my young grandchildren, and we made full use of the indoor pool which was very well organised and Covid-safe ! Spent many evenings on our balcony with a glass of wine, watching the sun set over the sea !

Absolutely fantastic apartment, lovely sea views from all rooms and a balcony with clear sea views and enough room to chill on. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very clean and modern. Easy to park, lift close by to take you straight up. Good location for the beach although if you had mobility issues you might struggle as it's a bit steep for part of the 5 minutes to get there. Definitely worth visiting restaurant on site Brundles and they do takeaway. Managed to get one swim in, in the pool although far too cold for me which is a shame as so clean and good facility. I would definitely book again for this apartment

We had a fantastic holiday at beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, no. 9 Middlecombe. The apartment is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking Woolacombe Bay. Both bedrooms also have sea views. The whole place is well designed and spacious and the furniture and soft furnishings were luxurious and modern. It can't be overstated how nice it is to have less than a five minute walk from beach to apartment, especially with changeable weather. It meant we could swim and then come back for a warm shower/lunch before heading out again for another bodyboarding session. We look forward to staying again next year.
