  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool, gym and sauna are included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • Travel cot and highchair are not available for this property. Guest to bring their own if required.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and immaculately finished. We had a wonderful relaxing stay as a family of 4 and enjoyed the beautiful sea view. There is plenty of space and with the restaurant and indoor pool on site it feels more like a luxury hotel than a holiday let. We loved the location, next to the beach and bars and restaurants. On the odd wet British seaside day the indoor pool was fantastic and kept the children busy and entertained! A beautiful apartment and experience, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to all and will definitely be back. Thank you. Reply from Byron: See you all again soon!

Rockham apartments are located at the side of the Byron complex, and are well located for access from Sandy Lane down to the beach.

Guests are required to pre-book a time slot for the swimming pool, gym and electric charging pods with details provided before guest arrival.

In peak school holiday periods guests are only guaranteed one slot during their stay and can then be placed on a waiting list for further slots to ensure fairness for all.
