  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Our family had the best vacation in this outstanding penthouse vacation home. The directions to access to the home were simple to follow and we were welcomed to a large parking stall for our rental car. The home was very accessible and secure. We were very delighted to find there was fresh bread, jam and refreshments awaiting us on arrival. The flat was immaculate, very inviting and spacious with elegant modern decor and a view that literally moved me to tears! We each enjoyed our own room each with access to a balcony or the roof top patio. The home was extremely well stocked. We had a blast playing the in house games and cooking together. (We cancelled a few dinner reservations as we couldn't tear ourselves away from the gorgeous roof top patio.) The hot tub was a huge hit and everyone had a place to relax in the comfortable patio furniture. During our stay we enjoyed some amazing sunsets, walks on the beach and drives thru the stunning countryside. This unit is very well located close to stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The indoor pool was refreshing and very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't have time to enjoy the other facilities but they were extremely clean and inviting. Words and photos cannot do this property justice! Did I mention that view!? My only regret was having to leave. The beautiful memories our family made in this outstanding home are priceless and I hope to return and relive them!

We had a lovely few days in the apartment - despite the awful weather! The apartment was very clean and smelled lovely from the diffusers. Good quality bedding and towels throughout. Very comfortable beds. We appreciated the bread, fruit and jam left in the fridge - a lovely touch. The kitchen had a good variety of pots/pans/cutlery and plenty of glasses and cups which is necessary as the dishwasher can take a big load. The hot tub was well used by us - and is a lovely luxury to have, especially when the sea was not so inviting. Unfortunately the weather meant we could not use the deck with all the furniture, but will be a lovely spot for evening sunshine. The view for the lounge was perfect - the reason we booked this particular apartment - watching and listening to the waves crash in. The sofa was comfortable to sit on - only a few freeview tv channels, but the tv did have Netflix. We will definitely book again.

Wow just Wow, I knew it was going to be good from the pictures and it didn’t disappoint. We had the most amazing stay apart from 3 days of bad weather but it didn’t matter because of the beautiful roof terrace and hot tub we had. The penthouse is absolutely beautiful inside and out and the views are to die for, if you’re looking to treat the other half or family in the uk then place is definitely on the list, I felt like a lottery winner every time I walked out onto the roof terrace and would definitely go back at the drop of a hat. If you’re thinking about booking “get it done” you won’t be disappointed.

Number 18 is a beautiful apartment, very well equipped with everything you might need, with fantastic views, very close to beach and amenities. Byron complex have a very helpful and friendly receptionists, it was pleasure to deal with them. We found that outside warm shower downstairs was very useful for our dog. A swimming pool and sauna in the complex was lovely and clean and easy to book and access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in apartment 18 within Byron Holiday Lets complex and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Another wonderful stay at Byron. This penthouse is beautiful, the views are incredible, and the apartment is very well equipped. We managed to stay an extra night and the Byron team were very accommodating with this . The outside terrace is huge , with the hot tub a lovely bonus. We were more than happy watching the storms from this stunning apartment! The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise! We Will be returning!

The Byron team were helpful, friendly and professional both in the run up to and during the holiday. We received lots of useful advice about the various apartments available as well as the local area. Don't be put off by the strict tone of the texts, the real people are much more flexible!. The apartment was stunning with a fantastic view. Beach, coastal path, cafes and restaurants were all in walking distance. As well as spotless, the apartment was truly "fully equipped". No shopping for bin bags, kitchen roll etc as is so often the case with UK self catering. Also a beautiful welcome pack and helpful, responsive housekeeping team. We cannot recommend Byron and Woolacombe 18 enough and will certainly be returning.

Exceptional. Only way to describe our stay. Beautiful location; not just neat and clean but with every small detail thought of. From a small bottle of milk to a lovely wine, and a good selection of glasses it was all rather nicely done. Don’t miss the hot tub. Don’t let the pre arrival Terms & Conditions and fines worry you much.. staff we interacted with were excellent - both on-site and online.

Fantastic apartment, spacious, clean, great outdoor area. Kitchen stocked with everything you need. Very pleasant welcome gifts much appreciated and added to the whole experience.
