  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, coffee sticks and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £35 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

Clean and comfortable apartment that was perfect for our short break. Apartment was like new with virtually everything we needed for our stay. As it states it is just a few minutes from the beach and other facilities in the village. Was a good base for exploring the local area and despite it being November the weather was fair and even bright and sunny for a few days. Steve the handyman was friendly and accessible and fixed a small problem the next day with a smile.

The facilities at Byron are amazing. The apartment was beautiful, very modern and clean. It had most of the things you would need for a self catering stay. The location is perfect for days on the beach or wandering around the town. The doggy shower was an absolute bonus! The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming too. Overall we had one of the best holidays we have ever had and we usually go abroad!

Woolacombe East apartments are located at the heart of the Byron complex, and are in the same building as the leisure suite, games room and leisure suite help desk, so no need to go back outside to access any of these facilities.

In peak school holiday periods guests are only guaranteed one slot during their stay and can then be placed on a waiting list for further slots to ensure fairness for all.
