  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and highchair available for £10, subject to availability. Must be booked at the time of booking, is not made available in the apartment otherwise. Guest to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

We had a great time. The apartment suited us perfectly (we are 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 4). It was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and bedding of a nice quality. The boys loved having a TV in their bedroom! Having such an amazing view really enhanced our experience. The location is obviously very convenient and having an indoor car park nearby when the weather was a bit grim was brilliant. 5stars! Thank you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A well- equipped apartment and very true to its photos. It was lovely looking out across Woolacombe Bay watching the sunset and having the sun in the room in the afternoon. We will certainly stay in this apartment again.

A really lovely apartment and perfectly placed for the beach and immediate area. We loved our stay and are desperate to return as soon as we can. The apartment was immaculate and a few cleaning items and basics such as milk, tea, coffee were waiting for us. The key wasn't in the safe when we arrived but were able to find someone to help find it for us. The use of the storage shed was useful and the swimming pool was good. Overall, we had a fab holiday week and will be returning.

We had a wonderful stay in your apartment and will certainly be returning. The apartment was stunning, amazing views and facilities and in the best location. We would rate every aspect of the apartment as a 10 out of 10. Excellent open plan kitchen/dining/living room, very well presented and comfortable with high end utilities and amenities including the TV. Very clean and well presented, excellent parking, good proactive communication from the management company. The bedrooms were good and bathrooms were excellent and the balconies were exceptional. We loved our stay in Woolacombe.
