  • Check in is from 5pm. Check out at 10am.
  • Please note arrival and departure times are set by the property manager and not Byron. These are subject to change and you will be notified of your confirmed arrival time 7 days before arrival. This includes your access to the allocated on-site parking space also.
  • The apartment is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery.
  • A welcome pack is provided including a pint of milk, tea bags, filter coffee, and cleaning supplies such as a bin liner, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and a tea towel. These are not replenished during your stay, so please do bring any items with you if you feel you will require these.
  • Bed linen, hand and bath towels are also provided.
  • WiFi is included. However, the owner nor Byron can be responsible for any issues with connection during your stay.
  • Up to two well behaved dogs are permitted in this property for £30 per pet, per stay.
  • Access to the facilities including indoor heated swimming pool included. Guests are required to book slots via the Byron Complex Booking Page.
  • Travel cot and high chair are available. Please book at the time of booking. Guests will need to provide their own linen and mattress for a travel cot.
  • Please note all our properties are non-smoking, including patios, balconies and communal areas.
  • This property is subject to a £200 refundable security deposit.

This was our 3rd stay at Byron and first time in 11 Middlecombe. As always had a fantastic time. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything you could need for a self catering stay. The Easter eggs for the kids was a nice touch. Thank you.

Fantastic, well equipped apartment in a great location with a fabulous view. 11 Middlecombe is tastefully furnished with lovely soft beds and spotless bathrooms. The kitchen is a home from home with every appliance and utensil you could wish for. The complex itself is well maintained, lift areas and stair wells are clean. The leisure area, pool and gym are fantastic and we enjoyed a swim most days. The reception team can't help enough. Byron is definitely a 5*+ resort and we would highly recommend. Already booked again for June!

Lovely apartment with great layout and balcony/view. The balcony enjoys all day sun, well into the early evening (we visited in Spring). Great pool facilities (book early) and indoor car parking helps enormously.

Great apartment, very clean. Balcony relatively private. Great sea views. The bi-fold doors leading to the balcony makes it a lovely bright and airy apartment. Step free access to the top floor apartment is great for anyone who needs to avoid stairs. Location is great, right in the resort and with the advantage of parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at 11 Middlecombe. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as shown on the website. Both the location and the view from the apartment are real winners. We could walk to both Woolacombe Beach, Barricane Beach and the local restaurants without having to think about finding parking. Highly recommended.

What an amazing apartment with everything you could ask for. Beds are amazing and all equipment and extras supplied are top notch. The apartment was very clean and relaxing and we could not ask for more hence booked again for next year. The whole block is well kept and the swimming pool is lovely which we really enjoyed. I also want to thank all the staff that we had dealings with, your customer service is top notch and all emails answered so quickly and really friendly would totally recommend to anyone.

WOW I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment so well presented the view was fantastic of the beach from the balconoy. Some really nice places to visit near by. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything in it as described. I would highly recommend this place next time I would book for the front view apartment. The pool and sauna was very clean and staff were very helpful when needed.

Really lovely apartment with great view over Woolacombe! Apartment has everything you need and is in an ideal location. Beds are super comfy which was a bonus!! Ate & drank in Brundles throughout our stay which is located under the apartments....definitely recommend a trip there, hard working staff & great view! Overall a great stay and we are coming back in a week to try another apartment!! Thanks to all who look after the apartments
