We’ve just returned from an amazing stay in 12 Putsborough. Amazing sea views from the balcony. Beautifully clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Quality items – Ninja, Nespresso, Panda bedding, two extremely efficient fans, washer/dryer and a Siemens kitchen. Two airers, Shark Hoover, iron and ironing board were useful. The beds were very comfortable. The welcome pack of goodies was great and although I brought extra cleaning items I did not need them as everything was supplied. The pool and gym were great and very clean. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. We can recommend the Sea Safari boat rides from Ilfracombe, Keypitts quad biking and the little cinema in the Woolacombe Bay Hotel. We ate at The Jube three times – delicious food with good size portions at reasonable prices. The apartment was set back from the main beach road so quieter during the busy summer season when the nearby bars can be noisy. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and shops so ideally placed. The walk to Putsborough beach is just over two miles but definitely worth it – stop at the cafe there for coffee and breakfast before walking back! We will definitely return to this apartment due to the sea view and comfort of the apartment.

Third time at Byron, 1st time at 12 Middlecombe. Always a fabulous and stress free stay. Apartment just great with everything you could want, so handy to have the washing machine , kitchen well equipped and seating area super comfy. Slept like a log ALL week! So easy to book the facilities, it’s just perfect stay. LOVE the welcome hamper

Great proximity to the beach and Woolacombe town, had everything we needed, the property manager was very responsive and helped to solve some issues that we had during our stay.

Message: Our stay at 8 Middlecombe, Byron Woolacombe Bay was exceptional. The apartment was fully equipped with thoughtful extras, finished to a very high standard, and spotlessly presented. The location is perfect, and all Byron facilities and services were fantastic. Reception staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. We genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing and were so impressed that we’ve already booked again for 2027.

Ideal location, apartment well laid out. Outdoor privacy was a plus. this was our second visit to Byron apartments. (First at No 4) Would we re visit ? (Yes) Would we recommend? (Yes)

!! Superb modern open plan apartment in the perfect position close to 3 amazing beaches, Devon coastal path and centre of Woolacombe. All the fittings, equipment, bedding etc were really good quality and the welcome hamper a lovely touch and the best hamper we’ve ever had . All the staff were really helpful and friendly and the facilities brilliant . Loved it and hope to return again

Lovely stay in an immaculate apartment. Great location for the beach. Clear comms. Worked well with dog. Didn’t use pool or gym as weather was fab. Will definitely come again! Thanks Byron and Woolacombe! Would reco Woolacombe surf centre for lessons and Sri Lankan curry on Barricane Beach.
