Not ready to choose your dates? Pay a £200 deposit within 14 days of departure to secure your Byron Club discount.
✓ Take up to 12 months
You’ll have up to 12 months from your departure date to choose your dates and participating apartment.
✓ An extra 5% off last-minute stays
Byron Club guests can receive an additional 5% off selected last-minute stays booked within 14 days of arrival.
How it works
1. Look out for your invitation
We’ll email you after your stay with an invitation to join The Byron Club.
2. Secure your discount
Contact our team within 14 days of departure. You can either book your next stay straight away or pay a £200 deposit to secure your 10% discount while you decide.
3. Choose your next Byron break
Select your dates and participating apartment within 12 months of your departure. We’ll transfer your deposit to the booking and confirm your stay.
4. Pay the remaining balance
Your remaining balance will be due eight weeks before arrival. You can also make smaller payments at any time using our flexible payment option.

The Byron Club Terms & Conditions
- The Byron Club discount can not to be used in conjunction with any other discount, offers or voucher codes
- The Byron Club discount allows an additional 5% discount on late availability stays (up to 20% discount in total for late availability)
- The Byron Club is only available when booking directly through the Byron Woolacombe Holidays website
- The Byron Club benefits can not be accepted when booking through any affiliate sites or agencies, please check you are booking directly with Byron Woolacombe Holidays before you place a booking
- The Byron Club voucher code must be added at the point of booking and cannot be added after a booking is made or onto an existing booking
- To receive The Byron Club benefits the booking needs to be made in the name of the returning guest
- Guests can choose a flexiplan to make payments for their balance at their convenance
- The offer can be applied to participating properties only, participating properties are shown below
- Byron Woolacombe has the right to withdraw this offer at any time
- Best Rates Guaranteed; If we lower our standard rates during the year after your booking is confirmed, we will refund the difference upon request to ensure you benefit from our Best Rates Guaranteed. However, bookings made prior to or after a timed promotional activity, competition or timed sale, will not qualify for any rate adjustments related to those promotional prices
- The Byron Club was introduced on the 24th May 2024 and can only apply to bookings made from this date onwards
