At Byron, your holiday goes beyond your apartment. Guests enjoy year-round access to our leisure facilities — from swimming and wellness to spaces for play and relaxation. Whether it’s sunshine or sea mist, there’s always something to enjoy.
Our friendly team are on hand daily (9am – 5pm) to help with facility bookings, parking queries, and local recommendations. You’ll find them at the Facilities Desk or reach them on 01271 555001 (option 3) or by email during your stay.
Please note: Byron is not a hotel but a community of individually owned luxury apartments, with shared facilities designed exclusively for residents and guests.
Facilities notice board updates:
Guests are required to pre-book a timeslot for the swimming pool, gym and electric charging pods. Slots are available from 14 days before arrival, details are provided below and within your pre- arrival welcome email.
Please ensure children are supervised by an adult at all times when using the onsite facilities.
In the pursuit of fairness slots are limited during busy periods. You can be added to the waiting list for further slots to the pool on request but this is not guaranteed.

Sauna

Our onsite treatment room
Treatment room
Step into our tranquil treatment space and let the world slow down. Our on-site therapist offers a curated menu of massages, facials, and bespoke treatments tailored to your needs.

Games room
Come down to the facilities area to play on the pool or foosball table (£1 per play). Something extra to keep children (and adults) entertained!
Surd shed storage
Surf Sheds are allocated to each apartment to allow you to easily store your boards and beach items. Location is provided in your welcome email.
EV charging point
Book an EV CHARGING POD for your electric car whilst you are away.
Outdoor shower
An outdoor shower for cleaning down post surf is available on the path to the right of the swimming pool up to the car park. There is also a handle to clean your four legged friends too!
Car parking
Each apartment has an allocated parking space for the duration of your stay. Please contact us for more information on additional parking.
Leisure suite Facilities reception
A member of the onsite team is available daily 9am – 5pm to manage the onsite facilities. Make sure you go and say hello!
