Property manager measures

At Byron all apartments have a designated property manager to help assist you with any cleaning or maintenance requirements during your stay.

Please do not hesitate to contact them for any further information. Their contact number can be directly found on your welcome email. If required please leave a voicemail with your name, Byron apartment and contact number so they can get back to you ASAP.

Please be assured your property management team are working tirelessly to ensure they provide their services in the safest way possible.

Cleaning & Maintenance Assessment Controls
Property management team safety– Property management staff will be provided with upgraded PPE, to include where needed: disposable aprons, masks, gloves & protective eyewear, and a new line of adequate disinfectants.

– Property Managers & Cleaning staff are are working to safety guidelines and regular washing of hands during changeovers as required. 
Guest arrival and stay– All our keys left in key safes for guests will be checked and sanitised when the property management team leaves the property.

– Maintenance – If you have any issues on arrival with your apartment, this can include cleaning or maintenance please call your property manager as soon as possible on 0333 577 3377. Any issues will be talked through over the phone as required. If no-one is available to answer your call straight away please leave a voicemail with your name, Byron apartment and contact number.
Further changeover & cleaning processes by your property management team– Items of linen and guest provisions will be packed and will only be handled with clean gloves at the end of changeovers. 

– Items of used linen, guest provisions and waste will be disposed of into sealed large plastic packs and tied for collection by their fleet of vans during or after changeovers. 

– Extra measures during changeovers include, (but not limited to) cleaning cloths, mops and towels changed and disposed of within sealed bags at the end of use. 

– Housekeepers have a strict routine for cleaning high use areas such as: door handles, frames, switches, lamps, stair banisters, keys, window handles, remote controls, thermostats, high chairs, travel cots, ovens, fridge, freezers, toasters, kettles, irons, hair dryers, vacuum cleaners, loos, sinks, taps, shower heads, soap dispensers, toothbrush holders, loo brush handles, shower heads, tables and chairs, external handles, bins, bin lids, external bins and lids, cleaning items such as brooms and brushes, garden furniture, shared entrances and key safes.
