Please use the booking module below to book in your slot at the Byron Leisure Suite. please note bookings can only be made 2 weeks prior to your arrival.

in the pursuit of fairness, only one slot per stay can be guaranteed to guests over busy times, if you book more than one slot per stay the system may automatically cancel these to release to other guests. A cancellation email will be sent to your booking email.
By booking your slot you are confirming that you have read the Byron Guidelines and information disclaimers on use of the Leisure Suite.
At present you will gain access via the staff directly, please come to reception promptly for the start of your slot.
Byron Management Company (Woolacombe) Limited has the right to remove access to guests who do not follow the guidelines below or even change and close operating times as and when necessary without prior warning nor requirements for refunds.

There is a separate dropdown for both pool and gym.
- You must enter your apartment name in the description when you book using the calendar below. Otherwise your booking may be cancelled without notice.
- Operation at present is in line with government guidelines to reduce risk of transmission.
- Your booking for the gym is for your apartment household or social cluster ONLY.
- From the 1st July 2021 the indoor pool is bookable for up to three households or the designated maximum capacity by management.
- If you are staying in a 4 bedroom apartment we ask that you book two slots to ensure that we do not go over the capacity of the pool.
- Your booking is for 45 minutes.
- Changing rooms are now open for single households at a time only. We still advise where possible to change in your rooms and shower in your rooms after.
- Use is at your own risk, there are no lifeguards or staff on duty in the Leisure Suite.

- Please note at present due to limited capacities we are only able to guarantee one slot per household in the pursuit of fairness for all guests. You can then be put on a waiting list for available slots on a first-come-first-served-basis thereafter.
- Guest Service Staff can put your name on waiting list should you wish to have more slots that the allocated amount.
- The system is automated and will cancel multiple bookings.
- Management reserve the right to cancel and alter bookings without notice, should this be necessary, to ensure fairness for all guests during these times of limited operation.
